Other people want a lawyer who will get them a little money as quickly as possible, and don’t care if the same thing keeps happening. We call this Compensation lawyering.
At The Bronson Firm, our goal is DETERRENCE. For insurance companies and big business, the only thing that deters them is a heck of a lot of money. More money than they’re “used to paying”, or the “average”. For a lawsuit to have a deterrence affect, it takes a little bit more time. A little bit more work for our clients. But in the end, we hold companies accountable.
